Course Objective:

Course Description:

Mr. William Keeter has thirty years of experience as a maintenance and reliability professional. He has successfully implemented business process improvement projects in a wide variety of verticals including Pharmaceuticals, Petrochem, Petroleum, Manufacturing, and Academia. 

For the past 15 years Bill has provided training and consulting that has helped organizations both large and small streamline and improve their workflows in maintenance activities such as planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, failure reporting and analysis, root cause analysis, and shutdown/turnaround planning and scheduling. Bill uses a wide variety of tools including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, Mind Mapping, and Availability Simulation and Modeling to help organizations understand gaps in their processes and to develop strong business cases for needed improvements. 

Bill is an internationally recognized author with articles published in maintenance journals in England, Australia, and the USA. Bill has presented articles at several internationally a􀆩ended conferences including the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals Annual Conference, The International Maintenance Conference, The Maintenance and Reliability World, The RCM Manager’s Conference, The Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Conference, and The ASME Annual Conference. Bill holds BS degrees in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering. Bill holds certifications as a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, a Certified Reliability Leader, and a Certified Reliability Engineer.
