Bill is an internationally recognized author with articles published in maintenance journals in England, Australia, and the USA. Bill has presented articles at several internationally a􀆩ended conferences including the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals Annual Conference, The International Maintenance Conference, The Maintenance and Reliability World, The RCM Manager’s Conference, The Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Conference, and The ASME Annual Conference. Bill holds BS degrees in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering. Bill holds certifications as a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, a Certified Reliability Leader, and a Certified Reliability Engineer.

Program Overview:

This Maintenance and Reliability Technicians Best Practices course is designed to give new and veteran maintenance technicians an overview of the knowledge required to become a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician (CMRT). The course covers the four domains of practice and knowledge proficiency required of a CMRT.

Maintenance Practices – Maintenance activities related to safe and effective performance of maintenance activities.

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance – Best practices in PM, condition monitoring, and lubrication with special focus condition monitoring technology capabilities.

Troubleshooting and Analysis – Best practices for performing troubleshooting activities related to breakdowns and continuing equipment issues.

Corrective Maintenance – Best practices for performing corrective maintenance activities designed to restore equipment to full function with special emphasis on precision maintenance and installation practices
