Bill uses a wide variety of tools including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, Mind Mapping, and Availability Simulation and Modeling to help organizations understand gaps in their processes and to develop strong business cases for needed improvements. 

Bill is an internationally recognized author with articles published in maintenance journals in England, Australia, and the USA. Bill has presented articles at several internationally a􀆩ended conferences including the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals Annual Conference, The International Maintenance Conference, The Maintenance and Reliability World, The RCM Manager’s Conference, The Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Conference, and The ASME Annual Conference. Bill holds BS degrees in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering.
